What is the Entergy Arkansas Marketplace?
The Entergy Arkansas Marketplace is an online store where Entergy Arkansas residential customers can receive instant discounts on many energy-related products. All items on the Entergy Arkansas Marketplace are available to help with your home’s energy efficiency needs.

Who is eligible for discounted products and rebates?

      •    Customer Eligibility

To be eligible for incentives, you must be an active residential customer of Entergy Arkansas. Account verification is done by matching the Marketplace account holder’s last name and service address with Entergy account records.


      •    Measure Eligibility

Advanced thermostats purchased on the Marketplace must control an electric central heating and/or cooling system in a home with Wi-Fi to be eligible for an incentive. You will be asked a series of questions during measure selection to determine eligibility.

            
How are the discounts applied?
The discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Entergy Arkansas will verify eligibility prior to the checkout process.

Why is my address not populating?
If your address does not auto-populate in the dropdown, continue to type your address, including apartment or city until it appears. If more help is needed, contact our team at [email protected] or by calling (877) 212-2420.

I am having trouble with the account validation process. What can I do?
The account holder's name and address must be entered exactly as they appear on your Entergy bill. You may contact us at [email protected] or by calling

Can I place multiple orders?
Yes, you can place multiple orders. However, there are limits on the total number of an item you can order at one time, as well as across transactions.


Order Information

How can I view and print my online order confirmation?
You can view your order information in the order confirmation email or in Dashboard > My Orders.

How do I track my order?
The tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email or in Dashboard > My Orders.

Can I change the shipping date?
The Entergy Arkansas Marketplace is not able to adjust the shipping date for your order. Typically, products are shipped within two to five business days after the order is placed.

Do you store my credit card information?
No. All credit card and payment information will be processed through the secure payment processing software Stripe. Credit card information is not stored or visible to our customer service representatives.

Can I return my order?
If you purchase a qualifying product through the portal and it arrives damaged, or you receive a different product from what you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] or by calling (877) 212-2420 for assistance.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

Payment and Shipping

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery is five to seven business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is applied at a flat rate of $9.99 per order.

How much am I paying in tax?
Arkansas state sales tax is 6.5%; city or municipal taxes may be applicable and vary by location.

Installation

Will Entergy Arkansas install my advanced thermostat?
Entergy Arkansas does not install advanced thermostats. Please review installation requirements provided by the manufacturer prior to purchase to ensure compatibility.

Rebates

How long do I have to submit a rebate application?
Applications must be received no later than 60 days after the purchase date.

What are the options for submitting a rebate?
There are two ways to submit a rebate. A customer can use the portal to submit a rebate, or a paper form can be filled out and mailed to Entergy Arkansas. Rebate forms can be found on the More Info tab of the product. Please mail forms to Entergy Arkansas Rebate Program, 16350 Felton Rd. Lansing, MI 48906.

What information needs to be included with the rebate form at the time of submission?

      •    For all rebate applications:

A dated and itemized sales invoice/receipt with the brand, model number, and purchase price of the appliance is required.


How long will it take to receive my rebate?
You will receive your rebate 4-6 weeks from the date all required documentation is provided.

Can my rebate be paid in the form of credits on my utility bill?
No. Rebates are only issued as checks.

What happens if my rebate application gets denied?
If your appliance is not eligible for a rebate, you will receive notice as to why your application was denied. If your appliance qualifies but the application is missing the required information, our processing team will contact you and explain the necessary steps for completing the application.

What should I do if I've added a rebate to my cart and it shows up with an amount of $0?
If your order shows $0 in the shopping cart, please submit it anyway. It may still be eligible after a full review.
